At 9.30 am, the Settle bell ringing team will ring a peal to officially open the RailFest 150 weekend, calling out a traditional welcome to what promises to be a fantastic event.
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to ring church bells? Perhaps you’ve fancied having a go or simply wanted to find out how it all works. This is your chance!
Tower tours will be available at 11.00 am and 1.00 pm, giving you the opportunity to climb the tower, meet our friendly bell-ringers, and discover the fascinating art and history of bell ringing.
