VE-DAY 80 ANNIVERSARY

A short service to celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day will be held at the War Memorial, Settle on Thursday evening – 8 May at 9 pm followed by the lighting of the beacon at 9:15 pm. The short service will be led by the Reverend Julie Clarkson who will be joined by other church leaders and Settle Town Council Councillors.
